Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Rental Policies • A valid driver’s license 21+ will be required prior to vehicle pickup. • A $50 Young Driver Fee applies to all renters and authorized drivers between the ages of 18 and 20. • Full rental payment must be received before the vehicle is released to the renter. • A refundable security deposit of $200 is required online or in person and may be used to cover damages, excessive cleaning, tolls, parking violations, smoking violations, refueling/recharging fees, late returns, or other rental agreement violations. • Vehicles must be returned on time. Late returns may result in additional rental charges. • Gas-powered vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level provided at pickup unless the Prepaid Fuel add-on is purchased. • Tesla vehicles must be returned with the same battery percentage provided at pickup unless the Prepaid Charging add-on is purchased. Vehicles returned below the starting battery level may incur charging and service fees. • Smoking, vaping, drug use, and transportation of illegal substances are strictly prohibited. Violation may result in additional cleaning and remediation fees. • Excessive dirt, stains, pet hair, odors, or interior damage may result in cleaning charges. • Mileage limits apply unless an Unlimited Mileage or Extra Mileage package has been purchased. • Reservations canceled more than 24 hours before the rental start time are eligible for a refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the rental start time may be non-refundable. • By completing a booking, the renter agrees to all rental terms, policies, and vehicle usage requirements established by Acorn Elite Rentals.
